The platform allows users to connect their brokerage accounts and automatically replicate trading operations from selected trading strategies or automated bots. Prime Strategy is not a broker, financial advisor, investment manager, or asset manager. We do not execute trades, hold funds, or manage your brokerage account. All trades are executed directly by your chosen broker.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. All fees are charged automatically through our payment processor (Stripe). You authorize recurring charges to your payment method on file. Fees are non-negotiable once a subscription is active. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but fees already incurred are non-refundable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MirrorFlow Technologies LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, trading losses, or any other damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Due to the nature of our Service — which provides real-time access to automated trade copying and signal sharing — all fees are considered earned upon delivery and are generally non-refundable.
Platform hosting fees are billed on a daily basis for each connected trading account. These fees cover the cost of maintaining your connection to the copy trading infrastructure. Since the service is delivered continuously, platform fees are non-refundable. To stop incurring charges, you must remove your trading account from the platform.
Performance fees are calculated automatically based on the monthly trading profits generated in your account. These fees are charged only when your account generates a profit. Performance fees already charged are non-refundable, as they correspond to profits that were realized in your trading account.
You may cancel your subscription to any signal provider at any time. Upon cancellation, no further fees will be charged. However, any fees incurred prior to cancellation remain due and are non-refundable. Active trades at the time of cancellation are your responsibility to manage through your broker.
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at support@primestrategy.io within 30 days of the charge. We will review your claim and, if a billing error is confirmed, issue a refund for the incorrect amount.
If you dispute a charge with your payment provider (chargeback) without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a dispute with your bank or credit card company.
